First Concorde flight

January 2019

In 2019 we were celebrating the 50th years since the first flight of the Concorde. For this anniversary an event would be held at the Museum of air and space at Le Bourget.
We first carried out research based on the diagram Concord technique seen from above and from the side. We were trying to fit the letters into the length of the plane to create an impression of speed. The letters vary according to three “typographical speeds” and respect a established principle.
Project carried out in collaboration with Zita Fernandez, Carla Jeannon and Chloë Tran-Tri.
